Job Title: Concrete Project Management Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Project Management Specialist to join our team at Doggett Concrete, Inc. in North Carolina. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of multiple residential concrete projects from start to finish.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workloads to match contracted scope and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise Doggett teams and subcontract labor to uphold project scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Procure and track material quantities for all projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily concrete deliveries for each project.

 

You will be responsible for managing financial aspects of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that financial targets are achieved. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining accurate project schedules, conducting thorough reviews of drawings, scope, and project changes, accurately documenting and pricing change orders.

 

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster effective working relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating software is also required.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of construction experience, preferably from a subcontractor's perspective, with concrete management experience being highly valued. A successful track record in managing project costs, schedules, safety, and quality is essential.

 

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
