About the Role

Williams is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst Sr to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of sophisticated contracts, from development to review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomously collaborate with internal partners to refine contract strategy, pinpoint customer expectations, and identify apt suppliers.
  • Conduct risk analysis based on the scope of work, including analysis of risks related to current contracts and potential contract changes.
  • Ensure adequate scopes of work are in place for all agreements.
  • Develop and measure cost savings and assist customers with meeting the objectives of cost control, quality, and schedule.
  • Resolve any contract disputes and coordinate actions with internal procurement and legal teams if needed.
  • Maintain vital data in company ERP system and participate in testing upgrades.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five (5) years related experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Pipeline Operations, Business Operations, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and six (6) of years related experience.
