Job Title: Medical Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Case Manager to join our team at In the Network LLC. As a Medical Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing medical portions of personal injury cases, communicating with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinating scheduling with medical providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
  • Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms to ensure seamless case management
  • Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers to ensure timely and efficient case progression
  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process, addressing their medical concerns and providing updates on case progress
  • Manage medical records and ensure accurate and timely updates to the app
Requirements:
  • Medical Case Management experience preferred
  • Law Firm Case Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
