Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM). As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our dialysis facilities.

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Renders professional and technical nursing care to patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve high standards of care.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
