Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the beverage bar operation, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Team Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate food and beverage service.
  • Menu Development: Participate in the development and updating of beverage menus, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer preferences.
  • Crisis Management: Handle situations such as customer complaints, staffing issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively, implementing contingency plans as needed to maintain smooth operation during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly as they apply to food and beverage service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
