Role SummaryThe Café Operations Manager will prioritize innovative hospitality and curate the café experience within the Google Food program, ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Design and manage the overall café experience, focusing on quality offerings.
- Demonstrate a passion for exceptional food preparation and taste.
- Train and develop team members effectively.
- Conduct employee reviews and coaching sessions professionally and timely.
- Meet all deadlines related to payroll, service, and human resources.
- Ensure compliance with hiring and training standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
- A strong passion for quality food and hospitality.
- General culinary knowledge and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to motivate the team under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
