Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the Foundation, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and monitor the Foundation's annual budget and financial plans, authorizing and approving expenditures.
  • Implement fund-raising events that support the TCRHCC mission, working closely with the Foundation Director and Board of Directors.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic planning and performance measurements, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop, recommend, and administer policies, procedures, and processes to support Foundation goals and operations.
  • Review and approve all communication materials to ensure alignment with the Foundation's desired message and image.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to increase and maintain the Foundation's visibility, attending events and meetings as necessary.
  • Support the Foundation Board operations, developing agendas, meeting minutes, and logistics for meetings.
  • Supervise Foundation staff and volunteers, ensuring proper coordination of work and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance, accounting, or healthcare administration.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Financial literacy, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Experience in fundraising, marketing, and research techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and ability to use necessary equipment to perform job duties.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Foundation Manager - Philanthropy and Development will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position may require occasional travel to community events and meetings.
