Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineers, project managers, etc.) to collect technical and commercial information.
  • Prepare and oversee tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documents, ensuring precision, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Organize and facilitate tender review meetings, approvals, and other relevant commercial team discussions, including documenting minutes.
  • Manage tender documentation by downloading client documents, organizing internal deliverables, and uploading submission packages to client portals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all tender submissions, communications, and results.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to comprehend client requirements and customize proposals accordingly.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.
  • Analyze tender documents to pinpoint key requirements and specifications, ensuring adherence to all tender conditions, including legal, technical, and financial aspects.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain bid schedules and timelines to guarantee timely submissions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the commercial and business development teams.
  • Engage with external clients and manage correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Update and maintain Great Lakes' pre-qualifications on client and industry platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in tendering/bidding, procurement, and document management. Experience in the offshore energy sector is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
