We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our team. Timken is recognized as a premier player in the bearing manufacturing sector, offering a unique opportunity for you to establish and cultivate your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TROUBLESHOOTING EXPERTISE - Engage in effective problem-solving and diagnostic techniques during equipment malfunctions.
  • EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE - Take charge of routine equipment repairs and assist senior technicians with significant repair initiatives while mentoring new team members.
  • PROCESS ENHANCEMENT - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
  • ENGINEERING SUPPORT - Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to maintain comprehensive asset documentation, vendor information, and spare parts inventories.
  • MAINTENANCE STRATEGY - Aid in the development and execution of preventative maintenance protocols, utilizing fundamental electrical and mechanical skills to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Enrollment in the Industrial Maintenance Technician program at a recognized institution is necessary.
