Job Overview

GSP Marketing Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service in HR matters to employees, including recruiting support, data entry, and leave tracking.
  • Process new hires, pay changes, transactions, and terminations, as well as maintain employee records and files.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and onboarding processes for new and current employees.
  • Routinely communicate with employees, management, and external contacts via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years college coursework in business, HR, or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in office administration, human resources support, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, above-average interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple details simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn proprietary software.
