As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, managing change control processes, and conducting critical path analysis to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules according to set standards.
  • Manage change control processes and progress measurement.
  • Conduct Critical Path Analysis to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Oversee project cost management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Verify cost information accuracy and prepare related reports.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project controlling and project cost management.
  • 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling.
  • Project management or project controls certification (e.g., PMP, CAMP, or PMI-SP).
  • Proficiency in SAP, Primavera, and/or MS Project.
  • Previous experience in substations, transmission, distribution, gas, hydro plans, or smart grids.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
