Nuestro equipo ha apoyado a más de 750,000 tiradores y ofrecemos servicios integrales de armería y una amplia gama de cursos de formación con más de 30,000 exalumnos. Entrenamiento: Se proporcionará capacitación en una ubicación establecida hasta la apertura de la nueva tienda.
Disponibilidad: Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo tardes, fines de semana y días festivos. La edad mínima es de 18 años.

Resumen del Trabajo:
El Guía de Tiro es el punto de contacto principal para nuestros valiosos clientes que vienen a disparar, adquirir productos o participar en entrenamientos. Manejarás transacciones con los clientes, desempeñarás funciones de seguridad en el rango y participarás en eventos especiales y ligas. Tu objetivo es sorprender a nuestros clientes en Shoot Smart para que regresen y recomienden nuestros servicios a amigos y familiares.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Aprender y operar el sistema de punto de venta, demostrando habilidades excepcionales en servicio al cliente.
- Vender directamente alquiler de carriles, alquiler de armas de fuego, accesorios de tiro y productos minoristas.
- Guiar a los clientes a través de la experiencia Shoot Smart, asegurando un tiempo seguro y divertido.
- Mantener la seguridad en el rango y garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas establecidas.
- Realizar tareas asignadas por los supervisores de manera oportuna y eficiente, manteniendo la limpieza y seguridad del rango.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria.
- Experiencia previa en ventas al por menor o servicio al cliente es preferida.
- Conocimientos básicos sobre armas de fuego son una ventaja.
- Capacidad para obtener certificaciones de seguridad y primeros auxilios (la empresa apoyará con las certificaciones necesarias).
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y capacidad persuasiva.
- Experiencia o formación en la operación segura y almacenamiento de armas de fuego.
- Conocimientos informáticos básicos.
- Capacidad para levantar 25 libras o más y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados.
- Demostrar los cinco valores fundamentales de Shoot Smart.
