Key Responsibilities

The primary duties involve collecting personal data and inputting information related to various insurance products, including home, auto, specialty vehicles, and commercial insurance, to facilitate accurate quotes. Additionally, the role includes handling incoming lead calls for insurance quotations.


Qualifications
  • P&C Insurance License: Not required at the time of hire, but must be obtained after the probationary period (sponsored by the Agency)
  • Ability to manage multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Capability to manage customer objections effectively.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute is essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old (background checks will be conducted).
  • No felony convictions.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Completion of the online assessment is required for consideration.
