Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our expanding Water/Wastewater division in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in the design of Water/Wastewater facilities, along with proven project management capabilities and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project concepts, scopes, and budgets.
- Collaborate effectively within and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct and review detailed engineering calculations.
- Mentor design staff while contributing to the creation of high-quality designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Secure project approvals from clients, regulatory bodies, and funding agencies.
- Provide support throughout the construction phase until project closeout.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various disciplines.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent client service.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, self-motivated, and eager to mentor emerging engineers in the water/wastewater engineering sector. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software will be advantageous in guiding team members effectively.
