  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot HVAC systems and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with at least 8-12 years in a lead capacity.
  • Leadership: Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar leadership role in the HVAC industry.
  • Certification: Certification from an accredited HVAC program or relevant trade school preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
