Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical decision-making to develop and implement effective care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience
- A current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
- BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association
