Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be between $64,000 and $104,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we also provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

About the Job

">

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a dialysis setting. The successful candidate will have at least one year of dialysis experience and a strong background in nursing care. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians">
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient condition and adjust treatment plans accordingly">
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans">
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on dialysis-related topics">
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license, at least one year of dialysis experience, and a strong background in nursing care. A degree in nursing (ADN or BSN) and relevant certifications (CNN or CDN) are also highly valued.
