As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write precise estimates on vehicles using CCC One software.
  • Appraise vehicle damage, determining repair costs for both customers and insurance companies.
  • Examine damaged vehicles comprehensively, assessing structure, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damages.
  • Collaborate with body techs to ensure repairs are on schedule.
  • Submit appraisals to DRP, insurance companies, and customers for approvals.
  • Review vehicle damages, ensuring that appraisals align with dealership and DRP guidelines.
  • Report to and communicate daily with the Collision Center manager on work matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of working experience as a Collision Estimator.
  • Proficiency in CCC One software is essential.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, estimates, and work orders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Work authorization in the US.
