Position Details

The ideal candidate will have availability on weekends, specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This position can be scheduled for either morning or afternoon shifts, focusing primarily on food preparation and assisting with light dishwashing duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all food preparation is completed to maintain the restaurant's high standards.
  • Work independently to manage prep tasks and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Compensation

Wages for this position range from $10 to $14 per hour, depending on experience and availability. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule Requirements

As a closing team member, you will need to have the flexibility to work until the kitchen is clean and prepared for the next day, which may include shifts ending as late as 12:30 AM on weekends.
