Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing food and plating dishes according to our chef's specifications. You'll also assist with maintaining safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the head chef.
  • Plate and garnish meal items in accordance with the instructions provided by the head chef.
  • Cook menu items in accordance with instruction provided by the head chef.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to review/communicate information regarding service, VIPs, and specials.
  • Ensure that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary meal ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure that all cooking stations and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after each shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in related food service positions required.
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
