Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to provide support to SUD Acute Care services located within H+H facilities.

  • Provide program coordination and quality improvement support to SUD Acute Care services.
  • Develop SUD Acute Care service programmatic, electronic medical record (EMR), and billing workflows.
  • Facilitate SUD Acute Care service workgroup meetings with facility/service leads.
  • Oversee Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation optimization to support SUD Acute Care Service workflows.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related discipline.
  • Three (3) years of full-time experience planning, developing, and monitoring programs, systems, and/or procedures in support of administrative management initiatives.
  • Possession of a valid license and current registration to practice in a mental health field issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) preferred.
