About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique blend of clinical leadership and patient care. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities.

  • Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
  • Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care

Compensation and Benefits
