About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Technician to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients in need of assets that cannot be ordered from OEMs
  • Arrange upfitting and transportation logistics for stock with upfit requests and heavy truck, medium truck, forklift, trailer, and equipment orders
  • Manage workflow from order submission through delivery
  • Provide consultative input on alternative vehicles and ordering methods for efficient delivery of complete vehicles
  • Build and maintain key contact relationships with dealers and suppliers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or three to five years related experience or equivalent industry experience
  • Fleet or mechanical experience with upfit ideally
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with current state restrictions/laws pertaining to lease vehicles
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and inquisitive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
