We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Technician to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients in need of assets that cannot be ordered from OEMs
- Arrange upfitting and transportation logistics for stock with upfit requests and heavy truck, medium truck, forklift, trailer, and equipment orders
- Manage workflow from order submission through delivery
- Provide consultative input on alternative vehicles and ordering methods for efficient delivery of complete vehicles
- Build and maintain key contact relationships with dealers and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree preferred or three to five years related experience or equivalent industry experience
- Fleet or mechanical experience with upfit ideally
- Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with current state restrictions/laws pertaining to lease vehicles
- Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and inquisitive approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
