About the Role
We're seeking a Shared Services Auditor to join our team. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unparalleled products and services to our clients. Our Shared Services Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing and safeguarding our financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain audit criteria and checklists for contractual billing inputs from internal Shared Services, internal Element departments, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular audits of client implementations and validate pre and post-bill charges.
- Perform root-cause analyses to identify sources of billing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans for key processes or initiatives.
- Ensure all documented procedures, SOPs, and compliance practices are up-to-date and validated quarterly.
- Support external auditors for compliance audits, agreed-upon procedures, and internal control audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of progressive professional experience in a multinational company managing complex process requirements.
- Experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Advisory, or Audit.
- Experience assessing process risks.
- SAP, PowerBI, Alteryx, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Excellent project management and analytics skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
