Job Overview

This per diem role combines nursing assistant and health unit coordinator responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to support patient care in a dynamic environment.


Estimated Salary: $63 per hour

Your compensation for this position will be based on an hourly rate of $63.


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist professional caregivers with patient care delivery, transporting patients and equipment, setting up and maintaining patient rooms, and performing clerical tasks.
  • Critically review patient documentation, noting significant changes and reporting them to registered nurses or physicians as needed.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing workloads, greeting visitors, researching information, reviewing orders, answering phones, transcribing physician orders, and maintaining medical records.
  • Perform quality assurance audits, safety checks, and inventory management for supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BLS certification
  • Fluency in verbal and written English language
  • Ability to develop computer skills if not already competent
