Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with complex needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
