Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and SEC compliance. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to developing innovative medical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly closing
  • Analyze company expenses and generate variance analyses for budgeting
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports, ensuring SEC compliance
  • Manage intercompany balances, fixed assets, and cash/bank reconciliations
  • Administer payroll using Paychex
  • Create and review journal entries for capital spending, property taxes, deferred taxes, and other key accounts
  • Assist with external audits and special projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in financial reporting or general ledger management
  • Expertise in technical accounting, SEC filings, and SOX regulations
  • Proficiency in Sage MAS 200, Excel, and automated accounting software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory and warehouse accounting
