  • Prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to create a seasonal menu that changes quarterly using fresh local ingredients
  • Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary School or a minimum of one year experience in a full-service kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife handling skills
  • Ability to read and execute a recipe
  • Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes
