Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Trek Connect. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, as well as providing analytical support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain data in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases to support business operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity

Requirements:

  • Two-year college degree or minimum three years related experience and/or training
  • Proficient with database software (Access, Filemaker, or other)
  • Intermediate competency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, manipulation, parsing, lookups, formulas, tables, and charts
