Personal Banker III

Suffolk Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker III to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, building and maintaining relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to members, addressing their financial needs and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships through acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies.
- Identify and refer opportunities for lending, wealth management, and other services to meet members' financial needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and Credit Union goals.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all transactions and tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalency certification.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Cash handling and supervisory experience required.
- Notary license required within 3 months of hire.
- NMLS-ID (Mortgage Loan Originator) required.
