We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated High School Education Specialist to join our team at Odle Management. About the Role:

  • This is a salaried, exempt position that reports directly to the Academic Manager.
  • As an instructor in a regular classroom setting, you will be responsible for presenting instruction in designated subject areas, demonstrating a commitment to preparing students for the workforce by modeling excellence in eight key Career Success Standards.
  • You will work closely with students to help them develop essential skills, including workplace relations and ethics, information management, communications, multicultural awareness, personal growth and development, career and personal planning, interpersonal skills, and independent living.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $63,000 to $68,000 per year, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your hard work and dedication. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance, 19 days of paid time off in the first year, 11 paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match up to 5%, flexible spending accounts, paid short-term and voluntary long-term disability, group term life and AD&D insurance, and voluntary term life insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification to teach in the state where our center is located (the employer may waive this requirement if they are unable to hire certified teachers, but the candidate must pursue certification).
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is preferred.
