Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. As a key member of our cash office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our checkout process and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Cash Handling
a. Prepare and manage cash reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
b. Maintain sales-related information and process invoices and transfers as assigned.
c. Process beer and wine payments, as well as handle cash-related activities such as bank deposits and payroll check approval.
d. Ensure accurate daily cash counts and process guest needs such as money orders and stamps.
e. Process returned checks according to company policy.
2. Cash Office Security
a. Maintain the security of the cash office and store funds, ensuring accountability standards are met.
b. Monitor and analyze the Operator Activity Report to identify areas for improvement.
c. Perform surprise audits and accuracy checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Guest Service and Performance
a. Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a No Noticeable Wait policy is consistently implemented.
b. Monitor and analyze guest service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
c. Maintain a daily front-end schedule to ensure proper guest service levels throughout the day.
4. Additional Responsibilities
a. Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including supervising and training team members.
b. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technical requirements.
c. Maintain effective communication and guest service skills, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
5. Qualifications
a. Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
b. Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
c. Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly, with a strong physical stamina.
d. Ability to read and understand information and direction, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
e. Knowledge of front-end operations, with a strong understanding of cash handling and sales procedures.
f. Ability to supervise and train team members, with a strong leadership and coaching skills.
g. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements, with a strong adaptability and flexibility.
h. Effective communication and guest service skills, with a strong ability to work well with others.
i. Must be at least 18 years old, with a strong physical and mental stamina.
j. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with a strong physical endurance.
k. Demonstrate successful use of math skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
l. Ability to work well with computers, with a strong technical skills and adaptability.
