We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure that all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively, creating a seamless experience for our guests.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information, and taking a hands-on approach to work.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- No supervisory experience.
