Job Summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy using research-based methods to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Teach individuals to communicate, play, make friends, and achieve independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data using electronic software for real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), families, and other therapists to report progress and receive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Some college credits or current enrollment.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
