Position Overview
The Lead Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing essential training programs aimed at enhancing the adoption of our core banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Training Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Creating and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees, partners, and clients.
  • Conducting software demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Assisting in the design and development of training materials.
  • Contributing to the creation of sales demonstration content.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective training and sales environments.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Education, Business Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Financial or Banking sector.
  • Experience in software training and/or sales support design and demonstrations.
