Job Summary

Mohave County Community Services is seeking a skilled Program Representative to join our Workforce Development Division in Kingman, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will deliver career coaching services to participants of employment and training programs, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement program requirements of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act, determining eligibility for program enrollment and providing on-going case management and career coaching to support plan implementation.
  • Create and update client files, maintaining records required for active participants and for follow-up after clients are exited from the program.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and community agencies, collaborating with relevant agencies to create and work toward unified case management plans.
  • Maintain an awareness of local job market and opportunities to assist in providing guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or other related field.
  • Two years case management experience, including provision of training in employment competency, job skills, or other skills to develop and enhance an individual's employable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
