About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
Requirements
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required, but job shadow opportunities available
  • DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
