Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily production of bread products, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met through regular quality control checks and process improvements
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and ordering supplies
  • Lead and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our bread production processes remain competitive and efficient
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in bread production or bakery management
  • In-depth knowledge of bread-making techniques and processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Spanish speaking required
