We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Product/Strategic Product Owner to join our team at Tidal Cyber. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our company's mission and goals, working closely with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Feature and Product Development: Create a process for feature and product development, including customer requirements for commercial threat-informed defense solutions, and manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
  • Agile Environment: Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps, as required, and lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate solution architecture to all stakeholders, collaborate and coordinate with existing domain experts, and develop and execute engineering processes that further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
  • Product Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a solutions architect or product owner of a cyber security SaaS platform (preferred), or other information technology solutions or engineering management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical customer and engineering requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision.
  • Broad understanding of information technology topics.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style, including teamwork and team building ability.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills.
  • Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities.
  • Technically creative and open-minded.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and accountability are critical for success.
Location

This is a hybrid position where regular travel into the office is a requirement.
