About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TEKsystems Careers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting users and technology at various sites, including offices and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support users and technology at various sites
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop support, VPN, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Windows 7, MS Office, and printers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
