The Gaming Device Technician is responsible for the overall day-to-day performance and operation of gaming devices during their assigned shift. This includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and movements. The successful candidate will provide assistance to players and establish positive and friendly relationships with our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with gaming devices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install and move gaming devices as needed to ensure a smooth gaming experience for our guests.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to player inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming floor and work area.
- Stay up-to-date with new technical developments and advancements in gaming device technology.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant work experience in a gaming or technical field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move gaming devices as needed.
The Gaming Device Technician will work primarily indoors with frequent exposure to dust and occasional exposure to outdoors and hot/cold temperatures.
