Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and coordinating with staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve clinic goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
