Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical records and client information
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and coordinating with staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with staff to achieve clinic goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
