About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager to join our team at Washington Township Medical Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead and facilitate clinical performance improvement teams, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and drive quality improvement initiatives across our organization.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, quality improvement methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or facilitate clinical performance improvement teams/taskforces
  • Effectively communicate project needs between stakeholders
  • Coordinate and engage key stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle for planning and issue resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, health services) or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience or healthcare equivalent
  • Knowledge of project management practices, quality improvement principles, and demonstrated application thereof
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, employee assistance program, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, One location.
