Front Desk Operations Manager

About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at InGenesis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the front desk team, including supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating lab results, and verifying patient information.
- Work closely with providers to resolve late patient arrival issues and reschedule appointments whenever possible.
- Create weekly staff schedules for approval by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months customer service experience in a medical office setting or similar office experience.
- Foreign language skills required, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
Estimated Salary
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
