Aventura Health Group is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of its skilled nursing facilities in the Eastern PA region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for Medicare, Medicaid, LTC Insurance, Managed Care, and Private Pay.
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll processing, and reconciliation of financial bank statements.
- Supervise office staff and handle secretarial/bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
- Utilize computer software and maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with facility, federal, and state standards.
- Supervise patient billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, petty cash, patient funds, cash receipts, and census records.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in LTC, Medicare/Medicaid, and business office management.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
