NW Counseling Associates (NCA) is a dedicated outpatient clinic focused on strengthening families and fostering positive change through therapy. We are passionate about supporting both the growth of our clients and the development of new professionals in children's mental health.

We are currently seeking an experienced, licensed Child and Family Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 0-10 and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy services to children ages 0-10.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as PCIT, CPP, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, TF-CBT, Incredible Years, and Triple P.
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists to provide high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the State of Oregon.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children ages 0-10 and their families.
  • Training and expertise in evidence-based practices for children and families.
  • Commitment to ethical and quality care.
  • Openness to utilizing teletherapy and a hybrid practice model.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Preferences:
  • Bilingual fluency.
  • Experience as a clinical supervisor.
