Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and implement experiential therapy programming to meet the needs of patients.
- Conduct experiential therapy sessions, evaluate, and coordinate programming to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, staff, and community resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans according to Rogers policy.
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field, such as art, music, dance, or recreation therapy.
- Certification or registration through a relevant credentialing board is preferred.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification is required.
- Formal training in managing aggressive patients is required.
