Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at AvroKO. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading our design team in creating conceptually driven projects for high-end hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team in developing and implementing design concepts for hospitality projects
  • Collaborate with design directors and creative managing directors to ensure design excellence and creativity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
  • Manage design coordination and production of technical drawings and specifications
  • Review and ensure technical accuracy and design intent in all documents
  • Supervise and mentor interior designers to ensure high-quality work
  • Participate in coordination with consultants and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited school
  • 8+ years of post-graduate design experience with significant experience in high-end, conceptually driven design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other 3D modeling software
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading design teams and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of high-end FF&E, materials, and specifications
