Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic digital transformations for large-scale brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Activities:
  • Develop and lead the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations for new logos and existing client extension opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and account teams to align digital solutions with client needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in Paid Media, SEO, Web Experience, Data/Analytics, and Digital PR.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to ensure they have the latest skills, tools, and industry knowledge.
  • Establish clear career progression paths for team members.
  • Performance Management:
  • Drive strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns and digital transformations for large-scale brands.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Delivery Excellence:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Identify and implement the latest tools, techniques, and strategies in digital marketing to stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities, including leading the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of a broad range of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
