Job DescriptionThis role plays a pivotal part in driving the evolution of Schneider Electric's Salesforce platform, leveraging business acumen and technical expertise to optimize sales processes and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating business requirements into technical specifications and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and implement business process requirements for SalesForce.com.
- Collaborate with various business groups, IT, and end-users to identify, document, and communicate business processes.
- Create detailed technical specifications for visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic layers.
- Work with development teams to implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the force.com platform.
- Maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform with IT and Salesforce.com vendors.
- Lead user acceptance tests with business units and end-users against business requirements.
- Track key system metrics to monitor trends in usage/adoption and data integrity.
- Train end-users, prepare related documentation, and participate in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Minimum 8 years of business analyst experience.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of CRM best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annumPlease note that this is an estimated salary range based on industry standards and may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. This position is open to candidates in Franklin, TN, and other locations, including Boston, Dallas, Louisville, and Raleigh.
